Review the Detailed Formal Complaint

On November Ninth, 2025, at Blissful Rebellion Massage in Oswego, IL, I received services from Lauren Emma (AKA: married name), or licensee Lauren Silunas (Lic. #227013872 & #131011283). Following the service, my initial form of payment was declined. The licensee attempted a 2ⁿᵈ form of payment which also failed. Instead of attempting to resolve the payment with me via standard professional means, the licensee immediately proceeded to the local police department to file a report. Shortly thereafter, Lauren Silunas messaged me directly, disclosing the police report’s existence, asserting that my conduct was ‘inappropriate’ & ‘disgusting,’ & unilaterally refusing to accept a 3ʳᵈ payment attempt or offer any future services. Furthermore, she issued a personal warning to ‘keep away from her in the future.’ This entire sequence—the escalation of a financial dispute to law enforcement without notice, the disclosure of a police report, the use of inappropriate, judgmental, & emotional language, & the personal prohibition against contact—constitutes Gross Unprofessional Conduct, Unethical Practice, & a severe breach of professional boundaries that warrants investigation.
